A note from PBC Management about COVID-19

March 16, 2020

To our Tenants,

Like many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. For PBC Management Group, that means understanding how it affects our employees, tenants and communities, and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations.

We have one simple objective that guides us: keeping you and our employees safe. This has been at the center of our conversations every step of the way. With that in mind, we have made several moves in our business in response to the threat of the coronavirus.

Effective immediately, our maintenance staff will only be responding to emergency maintenance requests. Please continue to report all maintenance requests to our office at 561-721-0030. If your maintenance request is considered an emergency, our maintenance staff will respond promptly. If not, your request will be logged and will be taken care of once the risk level is deemed safe (as we receive updates from the CDC). Please understand, for the safety of our staff and tenants, our maintenance team will be using gloves and masks when entering an occupied premises. Additionally, please stay a minimum of 6 feet away from our maintenance staff at all times while they are in your premises.

We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick or are returning from an area of the world identified as posing a coronavirus-related risk.

If you don’t feel well and have an emergency maintenance issue, please notify our staff when calling so we can prepare accordingly.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect our tenants and our employees.

Thank you,

Property Management
