You are receiving this message because we have noticed that you have been consuming an unusually high amount of water and/or electricity in your unit, which not only increases the utility bills but also has a negative impact on the environment. We would like to request your cooperation in reducing your consumption and adopting more eco-friendly habits.
Here are some ways you can conserve water and electric usage:
- Turn off your A/C when you leave your home.
- Notify our office immediately if any of your faucets are dripping water constantly or if your toilet is running.
- Make sure to clean your A/C filter on a regular basis (once a month)
- Turn off the lights when they are not in use.
We encourage you to adopt these habits not only for the sake of the environment but also to reduce the costs on the utility bills for your unit, so we can continue to include electric and water in your rent. Please note that if we continue to see high water and electric usage in your unit, we may not be able to renew your lease. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
